A notebook, not a perfect kitchen.
A place for plant-based meals and the small details that make them easier to cook.
Lissa’s Project Vegan is a publishing name, not the biography of a real person called Lissa. There is no invented founder story behind the recipes, no imaginary family kitchen, and no claim that one person has personally cooked every dish here.
What belongs on these pages
Ordinary suppers. An opened tin with another use. A sauce that needs a little water. A baking question you would like answered before the flour goes into the bowl. The notebook follows the practical parts of making plant-based food at home.
The collection has six chapters, from everyday food to sharing a table. Some pages offer a small meal idea; others explain a technique or a choice between ingredients. You can read one note and get back to dinner.
A comfortable starting point
You do not need an elaborate pantry or a new set of equipment. Start with what suits your kitchen, appetite, and budget. We keep the language direct and the focus on food rather than making promises about health or an ideal way to live.
